XBT block explorers: look up any Bitcoin BLAKE2b transaction
Want to look up an XBT transaction, address or block? You need an explorer that follows the Bitcoin BLAKE2b chain. Regular bitcoin explorers like mempool.space show the other chain. These are the XBT explorers people use, and what each one is good for.
XBT explorers
| Explorer | Best for |
|---|---|
| mempool.guide ↗ | Blocks, transactions, addresses, the mempool and fee estimates. The one xbt.live uses first for its own chain data. |
| mempool.kilombino.com ↗ | Same lookups, plus a check on every transaction showing whether it was also replayed on bitcoin, is pending there, or exists only on XBT. |
| mempool.maveth.ca ↗ | A third community explorer. Handy as a cross-check when another is down. |
Lightning on XBT has its own explorer too: Kilombino's Nodex. More tools: xbt.live tools.
Checking a transaction on both chains
Coins that existed before Aug 8, 2026 exist on both chains, and XBT's replay protection is opt-in. To see whether a transaction went through on XBT, bitcoin or both, paste its ID into an XBT explorer and into a bitcoin explorer. If it shows on both, it was replayed. Kilombino's explorer does the check for you. How replays work
Quick answers
- "Transaction not found" on an XBT explorer usually means it was a bitcoin-only transaction, or it hasn't been broadcast on XBT yet.
- Same address, different balances on mempool.space and mempool.guide is normal. They're two different chains.
- Network stats without an explorer: hash rate, difficulty, pools and nodes are live on the xbt.live homepage.
