iPhone and iPad

Uses the free Scriptable app. Works as a small or medium home screen widget and on the lock screen. Takes about a minute.

Install Scriptable from the App Store.
Tap Copy script below.
Open Scriptable, tap +, paste, then tap the title at the top and name it XBT. Tap Done.
Long-press your home screen, tap Edit then Add Widget, pick Scriptable, choose the size, and add it.
Long-press the new widget, tap Edit Widget, and set Script to XBT.

Copy not working? You're probably inside the X app's browser. Tap ⋯ and choose Open in Safari, then try again.

More widgets: blocks, pools, hash rate

Same script, different view. Add another Scriptable widget, set Script to XBT, then type one word in the Parameter box:

blocks latest blocks, who mined them and how long ago
pools top mining pools by share of blocks this week
hash hash rate plus the next difficulty change
sats the price widget, with XBT priced in sats

Leave Parameter empty for the price. Already set up? Copy the script again and paste over the old one in Scriptable to get the new views.

Tap Install, then Open.
Touch and hold an empty spot on your home screen, tap Widgets, find XBT Live and drag XBT Price onto your screen.

Free, no ads, no tracking, no account. The app only reads the public price feed below. It refreshes about every 30 minutes, or tap the time on the widget.

The widget reads one small public endpoint. Use it for your own widgets, bots or watch faces: xbt.live/api/widget. No key needed. Please poll no faster than once a minute.
